ফেরত (রিটার্ন)

১. পণ্য হাতে পেয়েই আপনি প্যাকেট খুলে দেখতে পারবেন। যদি পছন্দ না হয়, তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকাকালীনই কোনো খরচ ছাড়াই ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।

২. পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে, ব্যবহার না করা যেকোনো পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন। তবে, পণ্যটি অবশ্যই নতুন ও অক্ষত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে এবং এর মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে ফেরত দিতে হবে। আর, পণ্যটি কুইনের ওয়েবসাইট (queensanitarynapkin.com) বা ফেসবুক পেইজ (Queen) থেকে কেনা হতে হবে।

৩. পণ্যের দাম ৪০০ টাকা বা তার বেশি হলে, ফেরত পাঠানোর খরচ কুইন দেবে। দাম ৪০০ টাকার কম হলে, ফেরত পাঠানোর খরচ আপনাকে দিতে হবে।

৪. যদি পণ্যটি নষ্ট থাকে, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয় বা ভুল পণ্য পান, তাহলে কুইন কোনো খরচ ছাড়াই ফেরত নেবে। তবে, পণ্য পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে কুইনের সাপোর্ট টিমকে support@queensanitarynapkin.com বা ০১৮০৫০৫৯১৯১) জানাতে হবে।

পরিবর্তন (এক্সচেঞ্জ)

১. পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে, যেকোনো পণ্য পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন। তবে, পণ্যটি অবশ্যই নতুন ও অক্ষত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে এবং এর মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে ফেরত দিতে হবে।

২. পরিবর্তন করার জন্য পণ্যের দাম ৪০০ টাকা বা তার বেশি হতে হবে। ঢাকার মধ্যে পরিবর্তনের জন্য ডেলিভারি খরচ কুইন দেবে। ঢাকার বাইরে হলে, পণ্য আনা-নেওয়ার জন্য আপনাকে ৫০ টাকা দিতে হবে।

টাকা ফেরত (রিফান্ড)

১. ফেরত দেওয়া পণ্য ওয়্যারহাউজে পরীক্ষা করার পর, ৩-১০ দিনের মধ্যে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

২. যে পদ্ধতিতে টাকা পেমেন্ট করেছেন, সেই পদ্ধতিতেই ফেরত পাবেন। অথবা, আলোচনা করে আপনার সুবিধামতো উপায়ে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

৩. যদি পণ্য নষ্ট, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল হয়, তাহলে কুইন ফেরত পাঠানোর খরচ দেবে এবং পুরো টাকা ফেরত দেবে।

৪. ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দিলে, ৪০০ টাকার কম দামের পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি খরচ ছাড়া বাকি টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

৫. ফেরত পাঠানোর খরচ রিফান্ডের মধ্যে ধরা হবে না (যদি না আমাদের ভুলের কারণে ফেরত হয়)।

৬. কিছু লেনদেনের খরচ (যেমন: কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস, পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে) ফেরত নাও পাওয়া যেতে পারে।

Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You can open the package and inspect the product as soon as you receive it. If you don’t like it, you can return it to the delivery person at no cost.
You can return any unused product within 90 days of receiving it. However, the product must be in new and undamaged condition and returned in its original packaging. Also, the product must have been purchased from Queen’s website (queensanitarynapkin.com) or Facebook page (Queen).
If the product price is ৳400 or more, Queen will cover the return shipping costs. If the price is less than ৳400, you will have to pay the return shipping costs.
If the product is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, Queen will accept the return at no cost. However, you must inform Queen’s support team (support@queensanitarynapkin.com or 01805059191) within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Exchanges

You can exchange any product within 90 days of receiving it. However, the product must be in new and undamaged condition and returned in its original packaging.
The product price must be ৳400 or more for an exchange. Queen will cover the delivery costs for exchanges within Dhaka. For outside Dhaka, you will have to pay ৳50 for product pickup and shipping.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days after the returned product is inspected at the warehouse.
You will receive the refund in the same payment method you used. Alternatively, refunds can be arranged in a way that is convenient for you, upon discussion.
If the product is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, Queen will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
For returns within 90 days, if the product price is less than ৳400, the refund will be issued excluding the delivery costs.
Return shipping costs are not included in the refund (unless the return is due to our error).
Some transaction fees (such as courier service, payment gateway) may not be refundable.
